The best way to describe the Church is that it is simply a group of Christians that follow the patterns of organization, worship and work found in the New Testament. As such, we are individual and independent churches with Jesus as our head and his word as our guide. We believe that the Bible is the word of God and that it was written in simple language so that those who can read it or listen to it can understand it. We do not add to, subtract from, or modify God’s word. We seek to speak where the word of God speaks and keep silent where it is silent. As such, we avoid any creed or catechism made for the man.
